报告一:

 

题目:Development of System for Education of Disaster Safety in Immersive Virtual Environment

报告人:徐亚楠

报告人简介:

徐亚楠,女,工学博士,游戏与多媒体专业,韩国科学技术研究院(大学)灾难研究所博士后研究员,韩国情报通信学会会员,韩国国家科学技术人力开发院会员,指导教授Heekyung PARK,世界知名学者,韩国科学技术研究院(大学)副校长。

研究方向主要包括:图像处理,物体跟踪,手势识别,游戏开发与设计,人工智能,虚拟/增强/混合现实等。受邀请参加过多项国际性会议,发表多篇国际学术论文,参与多项韩国政府课题及项目的研究与开发,攻读学位期间荣获韩国国家奖学金,培材大学外国人奖学金,最佳国际会议论文奖等。

内容摘要:

The disasters in modern society mainly occur in the form of composite disasters and accidents. The causes of such disasters mainly include the complex factors of personnel, sociality and technical problems. Among them, the interdependence between social infrastructure, systems and organizations is one of the main reasons for the proliferation of disasters. Due to the characteristics of accumulation, cognition, interaction, uncertainty and complexity of disasters, systematic understanding and comprehensive management of disasters are inevitable, while, education is the top priority in disaster response programs.

This report introduces a disaster planning training system based on virtual reality technology, which is suitable for public places such as school, hospital, welfare institute, etc. Taking the school as an example, system mainly includes referee system, student system, head teacher system, principal system, instructor system and medical staff system. Referee system plays the role of host, which is responsible for the beginning, the end of training and the release of other instructions. The rest systems are dominated by team, with a representative selected wearing HTC Vive virtual reality glasses for a magnitude 6.0 earthquake experience, during training, the system will give the corresponding problems of each stage of the earthquake and ask the team members to cooperate and find the answer. The system integrates the latest SteamVR, Dissonance, haptic technologies, etc., breaking the stand-alone game-based limitations of traditional VR application with the feasibility of voice chat and haptic feedback, it can reduce the heterogeneity of virtual reality and improve the immersion in virtual reality. The purpose of the development is to provide high-tech content based on virtual reality that in line with the needs of general public, and to integrate the fields of education, welfare and cultural industries to promote the development of the 4th industrial revolution.

题目:Multipath TCP协议与多用户协同无线网络

报告人:周迪之

报告人简介:

周迪之,加拿大诺基亚研发中心软件研发工程师、架构师。2014年获加拿大UNB大学取得博士学位,荣获John DeDourek最佳博士毕业论文。2010年获中国科学院计算技术研究所硕士学位。2014年加拿大总督金质奖章获得者。2013年国家优秀自费留学生奖学金获得者。近五年来在IEEE Networks、Globecom和ICC等国际期刊和学术会议上发表多篇论文。出版英文专著一部。曾多次入选Google、欧洲航天局举办的夏季编程项目(Summer of Code)。是国际开源网络模拟器ns-3的正式开发者之一。研究兴趣包括无线网络、网络仿真技术和高性能路由器软件架构和开源社区等。

内容摘要:

本次报告讨论了Multipath TCPMPTCP)协议在多用户协同无线网络(user cooperation wireless network)环境中面临的一些关键问题和相应的解决方案。一方面,MPTCP是互联网工程任务组(IETF)于2011年发布的一项标准协议。MPTCP通过在通信对端间建立多个TCP连接,以达到提升总带宽和实现负载均衡的目的。另一方面,协同网是一项通过聚合临近移动节点(中继)闲散网络资源,为主移动终端提供稳定、高质量网络服务的新型网络技术。传统的协同网技术往往局限于物理层和链路层。在不同的网络环境中很难做到无缝迁移。而协同网的多中继部署特点却很好的匹配了MPTCP的多路连接特性。通过有机的结合两种技术,我们就可以实现一种端到端的、不依赖于底层技术的协同网控制方案。

题目:基于语义网技术的医疗信息链隐私保护

(Semantic-based Privacy-Preservation for Record Linkage)

报告人:卢扬

报告人简介:墨尔本大学计算机学院博士研究生。研究方向:隐私保护,访问控制,信任机制,分布式系统,机器学习,电子医疗信息,语义网技术等。

内容摘要:

In the biomedical field, it is common to link and release aggregated electronic health records (EHRs) for integrated care and population health studies. Due to security and privacy considerations, direct access to the data is not possible. In this context, k-anonymity and its derivations are typically used to minimise the chance of re-identification of individuals however they have been found to over-generalise and to result in lower data accuracy when performing record linkage. To address this issue, we propose a Semantic Linkage K-Anonymity (SLKA) access framework to de-identify record linkage with fewer generalisations and eliminate inference disclosure through semantic reasoning.

题目:超高速光纤通信;绿色数据中心--微功耗芯片

报告人:赵羽

报告人简介:

西南师范大学 物理学院学士,电子科技大学 光电信息学院博士;2009~14  在华为欧洲研究所(慕尼黑,其中一年在成都),担任网络产品项目经理、工程师;2014~今在汉堡工业大学 通信学院,担任绿色数据中心-微功耗芯片项目负责人、研究员。

主要业绩:

从事通信网络、信息处理、微功耗芯片科研9年+,在国际知名期刊、顶级国际会议上发表论文20余篇,专利10余篇。作为项目负责人和研究员成功主持过四个重大科研项目,分别是 10G/100G/1T bit/s DWDM产品,以及  Green Data Center 微功耗芯片。所在团队的研发成果作为公司拳头产品,全球销量数十亿美元/年。

 

报告内容摘要:

1、介绍了作者在10G/100G/1T bit/s 超高速光纤通信中负责过的项目。包括通信系统分析、传输架构设计、数字信号处理(DSP)算法,硬判决、软判决前向纠错码(FEC)设计及产品化。

2、在当今的数据中心、智能终端、通信网、物联网等行业,能耗是各大公司最头痛问题之一。随着用户需求的爆炸式增长,扩容与能耗的矛盾将更加突出。本项目基于革命性的技术突破,将能耗问题的源头--芯片通信能耗降低2-10倍,而制造成本只增加不到20%
